Roof Nerds LLC is a marketing and lead-generation agency for roofing contractors, founded by a working roofing contractor, based in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, serving roofers across the United States. The founder, Antonio Simpson, runs a licensed roofing company. He built his lead system on his own crew first, then started installing it for other roofers.
Why I started Roof Nerds
I'm Antonio. I own a licensed roofing company, and for years I paid marketing agencies that had never set foot on a roof. They sent me reports full of clicks and impressions. What they couldn't tell me was how many of those clicks turned into signed contracts.
The leads weren't the real problem. The real problem was everything that happened after the lead came in. Calls rang out while my crew was up top. Web forms sat until Monday. Estimates went out and nobody followed up. Old customers never heard from us again.
So I built my own system. Instant text-back on every lead. A receptionist that answers when we can't. A pipeline that assigns follow-up so nothing depends on somebody remembering. Review requests after every job. I tested every piece on my own crew, during storm season, with real homeowners and real insurance claims.
Once it worked for us, other roofers started asking how we did it. Roof Nerds is the answer: the same system, installed and run for roofing and exterior contractors across the United States.
What I believe
Most roofing companies don't need more leads first. They need to stop losing the ones they already pay for. Fix that, then turn up the volume. Measure everything in signed jobs, not clicks. And never lock a contractor into a contract they can't get out of.
