Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of roofnerdsmarketing.com (the "Site") and your communications with Roof Nerds LLC ("Roof Nerds," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 628 Princeton Blvd, Wilkinsburg, PA 15221. By using the Site, submitting a form, booking a call or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, try to access it in unauthorized ways, or submit false information. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form or opt in to text messages.

Information on the Site

Content on the Site, including the lead-loss calculator, answer pages and examples, is for general information only. Calculator results are estimates based on the numbers you enter, not a promise of results. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax or financial advice.

Services and quotes

The Leak Audit is a free consultation. Any paid services, such as a Fix-It Sprint or Lead Machine engagement, are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal that sets out scope, price and terms. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls. We don't guarantee specific lead counts, sales or revenue, because results depend on your market, your team and factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

The Site, including the Roof Nerds name, logo, mascot, text, graphics and code, is owned by Roof Nerds LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, modify or reuse it without our written permission.

Third-party tools and links

The Site includes embedded forms and scheduling tools run by service providers, and may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for third-party sites or services, and their terms and policies apply when you use them.
